CLONE SITES & PHISHING

We take down phishing sites and fake copies of your website.

Cloned stores, fake login pages and lookalike domains steal money and passwords from people who trust you. We go after the registrar, host, CDN and payment account behind each one. If something stays up, an attorney steps in.

THE PATTERNS WE SEE

Clones rarely come alone. We take down the whole set.

01

Copy-paste clones

Your whole site copied to a new domain, sometimes still loading images from your own servers. Customers can't tell until the order never arrives.

THE GIVEAWAYYour product photos on someone else's domain.
02

The same copy on dozens of domains

One copied site loaded onto dozens of throwaway domains, with new ones every few days. Reporting them one URL at a time is a race you lose. We match the copies by their shared host, registrar and code, and file against all of them at once.

THE GIVEAWAYSame code, same host, a different name each week.
03

Fake logins and portals

A copy of your sign-in page, donor portal or fund dashboard, built to collect passwords and payment details from the people who trust you.

THE GIVEAWAYA login link that arrives by text or DM.
04

The money behind it

A fake checkout needs a payment account. Getting that account closed stops the clone from earning, even before the domain comes down.

THE GIVEAWAYA real card form on a fake store.
PROOF

Copies of Ascension's online store were stealing customers' card numbers. The host wouldn't act, so we went over its head.

Ascension

Exact copies of the store took real orders and stole card numbers at checkout.

The host's abuse address belonged to the scammer, so reporting there went nowhere. We matched every copy by the identical card-stealing code it ran, then went over the host's head to the domain registry. New copies are caught by daily domain monitoring and filed the same way.

WHEN A CLONE STAYS UP

Silence doesn't end it. It moves up a level.

01Abuse notice to the registrar and host
02Notice to the host's upstream provider
03Attorney letter
04UDRP or URS domain dispute

Included in every plan. Escalations go out under Joseph D'Andre, Cal. Bar #331214.

QUESTIONS

Before you send us the link.

How fast does a clone come down?

We typically file within one business day of detection. Registrar and registry suspensions often land within a few days. Hosts that ignore notices take longer, and that's when the attorney steps in. You see each one on your live dashboard.

Do we need a registered trademark?

Not for most takedowns. Fraud, phishing and abuse reports don't require one. A UDRP domain dispute relies on your trademark rights, registered or common-law. A URS needs a registered mark, and it only works on newer domain endings like .shop or .online, not .com.

Can you get the domain transferred to us?

Sometimes. A UDRP complaint can transfer a domain that's confusingly similar to your trademark, when the owner has no legitimate interest in it and registered and used it in bad faith. A URS suspends one faster. We'll tell you which fits, if either does.

The site is behind Cloudflare. Can you still remove it?

Usually, yes. Cloudflare typically isn't the host, so we report to them to identify the real host, then file there.

Do you watch for new clones?

Yes. We check for new lookalike domains every day, on the Clone sites lane and on Full Protection.

Which plan covers this?

The Clone sites and phishing lane on its own ($1,500/mo), or Full Protection and up. Domain takedowns are unlimited within the plan, with no per-takedown fees. See pricing.
