Keep them. Many piracy vendors fall back on search delisting when a host ignores them. We remove the files where they're hosted and take on the hosts that ignore automated notices.
Do our copyrights need to be registered?
Not to send takedown notices. Registration matters if a dispute ever goes to court, and we'll flag the works where it's worth doing.
What if an uploader files a counter-notice?
Then the platform puts the content back in 10 to 14 business days unless a lawsuit is filed. We review it with you, answer the platform with documentation, and walk you through your options before that deadline. If court makes sense, we refer you to litigation counsel with the complete evidence file.
